815 Eglinton East Condos is a new condo development at 815 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON located right at Bayview Ave and Eglintion Avenue East. This development is a redevelopment of RioCan’s Leaside Centre at 815 Eglinton which has a total of 1435 condo units with retail space. It is proposed to have a 1435 mixed-unit residential condos and several commercial and retail spaces spread across seven buildings, ranging from 6 to 34 storeys. A total of 132,940 square metres of gross floor area, the proposed GFA would be 3.7 times the existing site area. There will be a new underground parking garage containing a total of 1,704 spaces for residents, commercial tenants, and visitors to the 815 Eglinton East Condos.

The architect of this project is Quadrangle Architects and  Turner Fleischer Architects.
