Canary Block Condos is a new condo development at Front St & Cherry St, Toronto, ON, M5A 3R6, located right at Front St and Cherry St. This development is the third phase of the popular Canary District neighbourhood by Dundee Kilmer and will be in a new front and cherry street neighbourhood in Downtown Toronto. Known as the most upcoming neighbourhood in Toronto, Canary Block Condos will be one of its kind. The KPMB architects designed this mixed-use 12 storey residential condominium which is bounded by Front St. to the south, Palace Set to the north, Rolling Mills Road to the west, and Tannery Road to the east.
