Canary Block Condos is a new condo development at Front St & Cherry St, Toronto, ON, M5A 3R6, located right at Front St and Cherry St. This development is the third phase of the popular Canary District neighbourhood by Dundee Kilmer and will be in a new front and cherry street neighbourhood in Downtown Toronto. Known as the most upcoming neighbourhood in Toronto, Canary Block Condos will be one of its kind. The KPMB architects designed this mixed-use 12 storey residential condominium which is bounded by Front St. to the south, Palace Set to the north, Rolling Mills Road to the west, and Tannery Road to the east. After Canary District and Canary Park, Canary Block Condominiums will be the third condominium as part of the new development.

Based in the Waterfront Communities The Island neighbourhood in Toronto, this condominium has 197 condo suites and a 12 storey building with front street side for retail purpose.  Additional features include a party room  with kitchen, dining room, terrace, yoga studio, bike room, billiards room, fitness centre and WiFi Lounge. This will also include two separate party rooms where residents can entertain their guests. Second floor with a terrace and lots of amenity space. The party room will have a kitchen, multiple seating areas and a central fireplace feature. The dining area in the party room will have bbq barbecue, dining, lounging terrace with spectacular city view. 197 residential units will range in size from 450 ft² to about 1,160 ft², 5% of which would have 3 bedrooms while bicycle parking and locker spaces will be hidden within the second level of the building. The residential entrance and underground parking access will be off of Rolling Mills Road on the west side. The top of the building will have a green roof, one of the features with which the condo will strive for LEED certification.
