The Ravine Condos 2 is a new condo development at 1215 York Mills Rd, North York, ON located right at south of Hwy 401 intersected at DVP and York Mills. This development has a total of 325 condo units with 29 storeys. It is proposed in both towers, the ground floors will have residential amenities. The 12 storey tower includes four townhouse style suites at street ground level. The project’s entire York Mills frontage is set to be taken up by residential storage lockers and bicycle parking, as well as a number of mechanical installations. These implementations will move residential suites away from ground level traffic noise.

Based in the Park woods Donalda neighbourhood in Toronto, this condominium is the second phase of the Ravine Community. 306 condo suites and a 27 storey building. The Ravine Condominium 2 is a new addition to the master planned York Mills community. Set close to the Brookbanks Park and Deerlick Creek, this condo is on the north side of the 5.21 hectare site where two residential towers will be built. Each tower as proposed will have 12 and 27 storeys, where the 27-storey will be a 306 unit condominium tower, while the 12-storey will be a 140 unit rental development. The 306 suite condominium will have 194 one-bedroom, 95 two-bedroom and 17 three-bedroom homes. To the east, the 140 unit building will have 30 one bedroom, 48 two bedroom and 62 three-bedroom suites, with the relatively high proportion of three-bedroom units in part reflecting the existing community’s family-oriented structure.
Best places to shop in Downtown Toronto are Toronto Eaton Centre, The PATH (underground shopping mall), Yorkville Village, Chinatown Centre, Cambridge Shopping Centre, Manulife Centre, Cumberland Terrace, The Hudson Bay Centre, and Fairview Mall.
Some of the public and private schools in the area are Donview MS, Rene Gordon Elementary School and Crestwood Preparatory College.
Few minutes walk to the Don Mills Subway Station, 5 minute drive to Don Mills & Fairview Mall, Short drive to the Oriole GO Station and close access to the DVP and Highway 401 from The Ravine Condominium 2. Also, minutes away are the TTC, movie theatres and restaurants, supermarkets, shops in the area so close to The Ravine Condos 2.
